They charged me $450 to repair a water heater, it did not solve the problem so they told me it required more parts that were not available and I needed a new water heater which was covered under warranty but they would charge me another $1500 to install. I would not recommend them.

Of course I happened to discover a leak in the main waterline of my house on a holiday weekend, fully expecting no one to be able to come look and resolve, but Daniel Wayman was amazing, up front about it all and completed the fix in about 4 hours which meant my holiday weekend wouldn’t be ruined anymore.

I had a shower drain that was clogged and needed to have new pipes installed. I called Beehive plumbing and they sent TJ to come and fix the issue, I also had him install new tub, surround, vanity and toilet. TJ was wonderful, very kind and great at explaining everything he was doing and fixed the clog issue. He worked hard and got everything done and very professional. Highly would recommend Beehive Plumbing and TJ for any plumbing issues. Already have recommended Beehive to a neighbor who came by and loved how the bathroom turned out. We had another company recomended to us for. A problem we had with a toilet qouted 1600 and the plumber couldn't answer any of my questions though did explain the price we were quoted but unsatisfied and unable to afford it I wanted another qoute my wife called beehive. Chris came out and he answered all my questions he really knew His stuff, he explained the noise and explained that there's a chance we might not need the stuff we were told we needed but a good chance we do. Chris came across as super knowledgeable and trust worthy that I was willing take a chance we still didn't have a thousand but luck. Went our way. And he found we didn't need the extra stuff and got our toilet back!! Wed recommend Chris with beehive plumbing best home repair experience ever!!!

I had called on other plumbers to assess my plumbing problems, but they didn't know how to resolve my issue! They also abandoned me to go take on the quick and easy job. Beehive on the other hand had a team on hand of unusually knowledgeable and gifted individuals that were readily able to determine the problem, Daniel Wayman in particular. Cameron Steinman from Beehive followed through and skillfully overhauled my main stack and ultimately resolved an issue that had perplexed other plumbers.

Josh and Craig were awesome! I rent and my landlord send them over to check on a low pressure sink after a water heater replacement. They immediately put on booties to keep the house clean, easily explained the cause of the issue, and were communicative about next steps. Thanks guys!

Jordan Ostler showed up to my house, talked for about 1 hour, said my pipes were old and needed to be replaced for the bathroom sink to be drained properly. Charged me 50 dollars. I was able to get my drains cleaned and cleared with a handheld manual auger.

Beehive plumbing responded to an urgent service need on July 4, when no other company answered or responded to voicemail. Technician T.J. arrived in a reasonably short time, was pleasant, efficient and very professional. He fixed the problem and I was happy to pay the up charge for the holiday service.

Warren and Mark did a great job in troubleshooting our commercial bathroom drain. They were fantastic to work with. They found that someone flushed a ring of keys down the toilet which caused some backup problems.

I hired Beehive Plumbing to complete plumbing work as part of a remodel. The rough plumbing passed inspection, but my experience after that was extremely disappointing. As soon as the concrete was poured—while it was still wet—the sales representative began demanding payment before I had an opportunity to inspect the work. When I asked for time to review everything, I was repeatedly pressured to pay. Less than 24 hours later, I was threatened with a lien on my home despite raising legitimate concerns about unfinished and unsatisfactory work. Some of the issues I found included: -Debris and broken concrete left around my water heater's combustion air inlet. -Framing that was knocked out of alignment and never repaired after I was told it would be. -I was promised roof flashing would be provided, but it never was. -The concrete patch was poorly finished, with at least one area completely missed and noticeable gaps and rough edges. -The area outside where they mixed the concrete was left dirty instead of being cleaned up. -The shower drain pipe is not plumb/level, which my tile install has advised will require extra work during install. -The toilet they removed and reset shifted position, exposing unfinished tile that wasn't visible before. I was told this would be corrected, but it wasn't restored to its original position. The frustrating part is that everything seemed professional until the inspection passed. After that, it felt like the priority became getting paid and leaving as quickly as possible instead of finishing the job properly or standing behind their work. Given the repeated pressure and threats of a lien, I ultimately paid despite believing several workmanship issues remained unresolved because I wanted to put the situation behind me. I don't leave negative reviews lightly, but after multiple workmanship issues, unfulfilled promises, and being threatened with a lien before I had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the completed work, I cannot recommend Beehive Plumbing based on my experience.

Wonderful plumber. Beehive showed up 2 hours early! They were prompt and fair with diagnosing the issue and providing an estimate for repairs both in terms of time and cost. The plumbers were professional and respectful and I even felt comfortable granting access to my home remotely. Problem solved quickly and I feel confident in the repairs.

Do not use this company. They took over a year to finish our water heater. They used an unlicensed plumber and were sited for it by the state. They will not give any refund even after this awful and unlawful service. They also charged way more than they should have. Don’t get ripped off just go elsewhere. Edit we have gone directly to you and the staff gaslighted us into everything being our fault. The owner refuses to speak with us because he clearly doesn’t want to refund for a completely botched job by an unlicensed plumber. If you want to actually resolve this let me know and I’ll contact you.

Consider me thrilled to be yet another 5 star review for Beehive Plumbing. I called about a few irritating but nonemergency repairs on 3 toilets and 1 sink, with an optional ask of whether they could install a bidet (one of those things you just never get around to lol). Their technician Mark arrived 10 minutes before the proposed window, identified every issue, and what I thought was a diagnostic visit turned into the entire repair job that he finished in 60-90 minutes—bidet install included! Mark was sociable but focused. His professionalism and charisma made the appointment feel seamless. I appreciated how transparent Beehive was about who was coming and when, Mark called me with an ETA on his way, and the final cost was within our anticipated budget. My first impression with Beehive Plumbing's efficient services and skilled technician makes it very easy to recommend them to whoever has plumbing issues.

Beehive plumbing did a server inspection at my home (buyers hired them), and they falsely claimed lateral pipes in our sewer were “holes” in the cast iron and recommended replacing the entire sewer line ($30k+). We (sellers) had to hired an actual sewer company (and reputable to boot) to do another inspection, which discredited everything Beehive told our buyer/their scoped “showed”. We were also told they were over an hour late to the appointment. 0-5 recommend. (We also got another opinion on their video which discredited it as well)

We had a main water line leak. Had a few companies come out for quotes. Some high, some low, and some have to much work and didn't even get back with us. My wife and I went over the quotes we had and felt good with going with Josh and Beehive Plumbing. Josh went over what would be done to replace the main line from the water meter at the road to into the basement. I talked to Josh on Friday, Josh and Beehive Plumbing worked with us on the price and said his crew, Roman and Ezekiel could be out Monday morning. The company had Blue Stake come out that same day and mark all the utility lines and Roman and Ezekiel was out Monday morning. Great couple of guys. They did a great job with the install and clean up of the new water line, can't even tell where they had to dig the hole in the front yard. My wife and I already recommended Beehive Plumbing, Josh, Roman and Ezekiel to two other people for plumbing work. Be assured Beehive Plumbing and this crew will be the first we call if we need help in the future.

Three other plumbers tried to identify and fix my issues at a rental property I have over the last several months And they were unsuccessful I wish I had just gone With these guys first. They also worked with me on the price. They also came out late Friday evening and stayed until they could figure out what the problem was They were really good communicators. I had a water meter flooded. The city came out and pointed it on my side. Josh came out with an assessment to replace the main water line. The pricing is fair. Roman and Zeke came out and installed a new water main line into my home. They also installed a PRV and shutoff value for me. The 3 men names I mentioned above are outstanding and professional. They were transparent thru out the process and easy to communicate with. I also recommend this company because when I tried calling AnyHours first they had an AI or robot answering calls and I did not like that. When you call Beehive, you are talking to a real person and that goes a long way or me.

Called for an emergency water issue at 8 PM. They kept delaying till finally they told us at midnight it will have to be next day until 8 am. Then they didn’t show up till noon. They quoted my pricing for other things they said they will be fixing along with the issue. I told them no I want just you to fix the one problem. Then instead of gradually turning the main water line on, it was turned on quickly causing more issues.

It was one of the weirdest and hardest to reach places ever to replace our hose bibs- but they did it! I have had several different plumbing companies help me due to moving to a new house in the last two years that has many plumbing issues and so I feel very confident in saying that my experience today with Beehive Plumbing was definitely one of the more positive experiences I’ve had. I was able to call and have someone scheduled for the very next day, they came at the top of the time window that they gave me and communicated very clearly when they would arrive, the technician helped me problem solve my issue and they didn’t try to upsell me or up charge me on anything. Matthew Hover came to my house. charged me for a simple clog in a sink pipe $398. I'm a single retired woman. According to friends and ChatGPT, this was excessive. chatgpt 💰 Was $398 fair? For a basic clog (sink, toilet, shower): Typical fair range: $100 – $250 Higher-end companies: $250 – $350 👉 $398 = expensive, unless something extra was involved.

Had a leak in the wall. The first call was to Action. Second call was to beehive who actually took action and got right out to me. Quickly fixed the problem. Easy to work with even though I can be one of those demanding customers.

We have had them re-pipe our whole house, replace the water heater, and we just had Benj out here this week to make some repairs to our system after our water improvement district did some repairs next door our PRV failed. It is an old home and the repair was with galvanized pipe. I was quoted $950, which seemed high but thought there is more to it than I realized. The repair was completed rather quickly. However, he did have to wait for a piece of pipe to be delivered. If he had had that piece, he would have been done in 60-90 minutes. Pretty expensive pipe and shutoff valve for $950!

3.5 Quality of work was excellent, however he said it would cost an extra $50 to caulk, so we clearly stated we would do the finish caulking, but then he did it and said it was included in the price we signed. We still don’t know if it was an extra $50 or not, but we felt tricked.

Matthew was so knowledgeable. We had no idea what was happening. All sinks, toilets and showers were backed up. Help...... he figured out it was the construction going on in the area, excacly where our pipes run. He went and spoke with them. Always kept me updated as to what was going on. We ended up paying nothing. This is and will be my plumber from now on. So polite, honest and sincerely cared. I would strongly advise NOT using Beehive Plumbing. Our plumber was Jordan, and he repeatedly kept changing the estimate while in the home, adding more “concerns” and increasing the price. Ended up we far overpaid for the initial job we had him do, which involved replacing pipes/parts that didn’t even need to be. We had him quote on a second job while he was doing the initial job, but declined that estimate which seemed excessively high. Two subsequent bids from other plumbers showed they could do that job for $195; Jordan had quoted us around $1475, and had completely misdiagnosed the cause of the leak… A couple of weeks following this terrible experience, I sent an email to “management” (they would not give me Jordan’s supervisor’s name), to make them aware of these issues. Now weeks later, I still have had no reply from that email or a phone call from Beehive.

Ty was our technician. The work was addressing a reoccurring issue. Ty was professional and quickly addressed the issue. Work was covered under warranty.

When I called, they were able to send someone out pretty fast. Ty was able to explain to me what the issue was and how he would fix it. I was able to understand what he was talking about and he was willing to explain in more detail anything we had questions about. He was very kind. From the phone call until the job was finished, it was a good experience.

I hired Beehive Plumbing to replace our water main including the stop and waste valve. The price was average. They came out on the day promised and finished on time. Communication was good. The clean up was a one star. A simple square shovel and broom would have been great outside. Inside the basement was also not left clean. I should have taken the option of paying 1/2 upfront and the rest when completed to ensure the site was left clean.

$524 before tax to replace a hose bib. (Nothing weird, standard. Old one was leaking.) No complaints with the work, but that is *a lot* for such a basic job.

My works office toilet kept backing up and Neil at Beehive was able to meet me at my office on a Saturday to take a look at it. He was very courteous and explained everything he was doing clearly. He also explained options for a permanent solution to stop the toilet from constantly backing up. Will definitely have him come back to do the permanent fix and for any future plumbing needs.

Neil Lasher and his team did an incredible job. We had some pretty severe separations and disconnects in our sewer line. We spoke with two other plumbing companies before selecting Beehive. The first gave us an estimate in the mid 5 digits for repairs, and the second took 5 appointments to even diagnose the problem. Neil came out and diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes, gave us an estimate 7k cheaper than the next closest, and completed the repair in two days. This was after dealing with the second plumbing company for over two weeks just to diagnose the problem. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Excellent experience with Beehive Plumbing and their technician Bryon Cannon. Bryon was knowledgeable and seemed to look out for me and do the best he could to help me and keep the cost down. He went the extra mile in all aspects. He explained everything clearly and even advised on a different unrelated problem. Clean, courteous, cheerful--will definitely use again when the need arises.

We had a finicky issue with our water heater that required Bryon to come back 3-4 separate times. Each time he was professional, timely, communicative, and - most impressively - patient! It must have been frustrating, but Bryon didn’t show it. He kept at it until the issue was solved and we’re so grateful!

Needed emergency help with a bath faucet cartridge replacement that I couldn't figure out how to finish so we could turn the water back on. Lucked out that Beehive had an experienced plumber freeing up and he was able to arrive an hour or so later. Definitely needed a person experienced with that cartridge and he quickly saw what the problem was and resolved it and we were back with running water withing 2 hours of needing service. Arron - the plumber was very friendly and informative and because mot of the job was already done we had only a small charge. I did not realize the charge for a visit of $49 would be added to the estimate however that was still inexpensive and we were very glad and relieved to have such fast expert service

Beehive seems to be one of the bigger plumbing businesses in SLC but for good reason. They are on their stuff. Within the day, they took my call, made an appointment, adjusted the appointment for me, and sent their best available plumber who problem solved and communicated perfectly. A Company is only as good as its people. After some calls, I was recommended Mark Hadlock and Beehive Plumbing. Mark arrived and after assessing the drain problem we set to work replacing an impacted and corroded iron drain line to the sewer with ABS pipe. He has good situational awareness, understands proper work sequencing, has attention to detail, and is hyper enthusiastic. He has a keen eye for measurement and layout and a steady hand. He is conscientious about efficiency and best practices. He checks and double checks his work to make sure he didn't miss anything. He was able to restore drain service to a kitchen sink and a lavatory sink. The price was fair and better than some companies I won't name. Very positive experience.

Jordan with Beehive Plumbing was an absolute gem to work with. Incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. These guys were great to work with. We used them for a pipe relining. Our mainline has needed it for years. What I appreciated was that we didn't get doomsday pressures to buy their services or risk some sort of sewage volcano. I happened to see a Beehive Plumbing truck driving through my neighborhood one evening and stopped Danial Wayman to ask about some plumbing help for my basement remodel. I needed to move a drain for a new freestanding tub, and he couldn’t have been kinder — he came by the very next morning, gave me a quick, professional quote, and worked with me to make sure it matched exactly what I needed. When I told them I was ready they were amazing about getting me scheduled right away — Maverick Naylor and Wyatt Pool were at my house the very next morning!
