24/7 Emergency Service
Plumbing Services in Lehi, Utah
Licensed & bonded · Same-day service · Free estimates · No hidden fees
Lehi is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. Tens of thousands of new homes in Inverness, Holbrook Farms, and Harvest Hills — and new construction comes with its own plumbing reality: builder-grade fixtures wearing out faster than expected, hard Wasatch water quietly shortening water heater lifespans, and homeowners who’ve lived here just long enough to realize the builder warranty doesn’t cover their first big repair.
Beehive Plumbing has been serving Utah homeowners since 1997. Licensed master plumbers, 24/7 availability, and upfront pricing — with a firm quote before we start and written guarantees on every job.
Easy Financing Available!
Home repiping can be expensive. But we make repiping services manageable with easy financing for approved applicants. Don’t let costs delay fixing your home’s plumbing and water pressure issues.
Why Beehive Plumbing

Water Heater Repair, Replacement & Installation in Lehi
Many water heaters installed during Lehi's building boom are now 15-20 years old and at end-of-life. We repair what can be repaired and replace what can't — always with an honest assessment first. Every water heater we provide and install comes with a 6-year parts and labor guarantee. Same-day service available.
Tankless Water Heaters in Lehi
Lehi's young, growing families are increasingly choosing tankless systems — endless hot water on demand, and a lifespan that runs 15-20 years versus the standard 10-15. We install and service all major brands. Financing available through GreenSky and FTL.
Sewer Line Repair in Lehi
Root intrusion reaches new neighborhoods faster than most homeowners expect. We locate, clean, repair, and replace sewer lines — residential and commercial — using the right method for your specific situation
Hydro Jetting in Lehi
High-pressure hydro jetting is the most effective solution for stubborn blockages that standard drain cleaning can't clear. We run a video inspection before and after every service. 90-day guarantee
Water Softeners in Lehi
Utah County water runs hard — around 10-12 grains per gallon of mineral content. That accelerates corrosion in water heaters, leaves buildup in pipes and fixtures, and shows up in spotty dishes and rough laundry. We offer free in-home water consultations testing hardness, chlorine, and TDS levels before recommending any system.

Neil was great-very knowledgeable!Posted on David MorrisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very helpful. Open for question and communication. Highly recommended Will continue to use Beehive for my plumbing needsPosted on Christie AllredTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Update2: Kudos to Beehive who saw my update and is in the process of refunding the $50. Thank you! PS we don't want Christopher to lose his job. We just want honest, clear communication. Update: Three stars for the most recent repair person. He told us it cost extra to do the finish caulk, so we told him we'd do that part, and he said ok. He told us the warranty was included when we asked if it cost extra. After these communications, we signed and he went to work - come to find out, he did the finish caulking even though we had asked him not to, and the warranty is not included. It was itemized as a $50 fee on our final invoice. We felt tricked. We confronted him, and he said, "Well it was on the order you signed!" If you get Christopher Beck, double check his list of fees before you sign even if you have communicated clearly what you want and do not want. He was on time, and did a great job, but communication was questionable. Makes me want to try a different plumbing company next time, or request a different repairman. Old review... Five stars for the clogged drain guys: These guys are clean, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They got the job done right and now our drains flow perfectly.Posted on David AllredTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 3.5 Quality of work was excellent, however he said it would cost an extra $50 to caulk, so we clearly stated we would do the finish caulking, but then he did it and said it was included in the price we signed. We still don’t know if it was an extra $50 or not, but we felt tricked.Posted on Linda BaileyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kristen Rasmussen was excellent. Very professional but friendly and knew exactly what he needed to do. We actually enjoyed working with him.Posted on Randall OlsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. He has once again gone above and beyond to make sure my plumbing problems are fixed and my new installs are gorgeous. He is professional, thorough, and fair, as well as a wonderful human being. Thank you, Daniel!Posted on DeboTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Matthew was so knowledgeable. We had no idea what was happening. All sinks, toilets and showers were backed up. Help...... he figured out it was the construction going on in the area, excacly where our pipes run. He went and spoke with them. Always kept me updated as to what was going on. We ended up paying nothing. This is and will be my plumber from now on. So polite, honest and sincerely cared. Thank you Matthew, from the bottom of my heart for making a difficult situation easy for my parents and I. ❤️Posted on Teresa LarsenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would strongly advise NOT using Beehive Plumbing. Our plumber was Jordan, and he repeatedly kept changing the estimate while in the home, adding more “concerns” and increasing the price. Ended up we far overpaid for the initial job we had him do, which involved replacing pipes/parts that didn’t even need to be. We had him quote on a second job while he was doing the initial job, but declined that estimate which seemed excessively high. Two subsequent bids from other plumbers showed they could do that job for $195; Jordan had quoted us around $1475, and had completely misdiagnosed the cause of the leak… A couple of weeks following this terrible experience, I sent an email to “management” (they would not give me Jordan’s supervisor’s name), to make them aware of these issues. Now weeks later, I still have had no reply from that email or a phone call from Beehive.Load moreVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. What Lehi Homeowners Are Dealing With
Lehi’s housing stock is young by Utah County standards — most of it built after 2000, with entire master-planned communities still taking shape. But young homes aren’t immune to plumbing problems.
Builder-grade water heaters installed in 2005 are now past their useful life. Hard water from the Wasatch watershed deposits mineral scale in tanks and supply lines. And in Lehi’s higher-density developments, grease buildup in kitchen lines and root intrusion in sewer pipes are increasingly common calls.
Lehi’s rapid growth also means expanding commercial buildouts along the I-15 corridor and the Silicon Slopes tech district — restaurants, office parks, and retail centers that need a plumber who understands commercial-scale work.

Lehi Plumbing FAQs
How long does a water heater last in Lehi?
Most tank water heaters last 10-15 years under normal use. In Lehi, hard water from the Wasatch watershed shortens that lifespan — mineral scale builds up inside the tank, forcing the heater to work harder over time. If your unit is 10+ years old and showing any problems, it’s worth having it assessed. We’ll give you an honest answer: repair if that makes sense, replace if it doesn’t.
Does hard water really cause plumbing problems?
Yes. Utah County water typically runs 10-12 grains per gallon of hardness — enough to deposit mineral scale inside water heaters, narrow supply lines over time, and leave buildup on fixtures. A quality water softener is the most effective prevention. We offer free in-home consultations before recommending any system.
Do I need a permit for water heater installation in Lehi?
Yes — Lehi City requires permits for water heater installations, and all work must be performed by a licensed Journeyman or Master plumber. We handle the permit process as part of every installation.
What's the difference between drain cleaning and hydro jetting?
Standard drain cleaning uses a cable auger to break through blockages — fast and effective for most clogs. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the pipe walls, which is the right call for heavy grease buildup, mineral scale, or recurring clogs that keep coming back. We use camera inspection to identify the right approach before we start.
Do you offer financing for larger plumbing projects?
Yes — we offer financing through GreenSky and FTL for water heaters, sewer work, repairs, and installations. Application is available online, or we can walk you through it on-site.
